Sensory Analysis Specialist
María holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Industrial Technology from the Argentine Business University.
She is specialised in sensory sciences applied to food. She is in charge of the Sensory Evaluation Area of a world’s leading company in the development of flavours and fragrances. As the head of the area, she is responsible for the specialised sensory panels for each sensory analysis methodology.
She collaborates with The Tea Club (El Club del Té) in the preparation of specialisation seminars on the sensorial analysis of tea, and she is a member of the jury of the Tea Blending Championship.
